Membership fees once paid is not refundable in any circumstances.

Materials are sold on 'as-is-where-is' basis.

PharmaCupboard is not liable or responsible for quality of products, packaging of products, quantity of products, grade of products, pricing of the products, storage condition of products and transportation of products.

PharmaCupboard is not responsible or liable for any types of damage, theft and/or loss of products during transportation.

PharmaCupboard request all the sellers to keep the quantity and other details of products updated. However, PharmaCupboard can not guarantee the same on the behalf of sellers.

PharaCupboard requests and promotes the adherence to all necessary laws pertaining to GST, excise, sales tax, VAT, service tax, insurance, storage license, usage license, transportation license, Pollution control boards and other such additional areas.

PharmaCupboard does not promote nor insist on using material or products which is not of desired quality for that specific purpose. The products must be tested and found okay for that purpose. The usage discretion is with the users only. PharmaCupboard is not liable or responsible for end usage on the behalf of buyers or sellers.

PharmaCupboard keeps the right to terminate or suspends the membership of users, without assigning any particular reasons and no refund will be done for the same.

PharmaCupboard insists on single registration per individual or company. If multiple registrations are found, then it keeps the rights to terminate all or few of them, without assigning any reasons. No refund will be made to users.

PharmaCupboard is not responsible for financial or commercial transactions among the members. It will be solely members' responsibility to take care and do the dealings.

By registering with PharmaCupboard, you have consented to receive phone calls, SMS, emails, Whatsapp and other such communications from PharmaCupboard and its users.

The services and any dispute or matter shall be governed by the laws of India and to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, India.
